Rebecca Skloot is a freelance writer, contributing editor at Popular Science magazine, and sometimes-correspondent for NPR's RadioLab. Well Duh! This illustrates a classic logic problem, the solution of which is to require all the candidates to select the most qualified from among their opponents.
